Sun's Out, Guns Out!

Nothing says summer like sunshine and milkshakes! Except milkshakes aren't normally on the "macro-friendly" menu - except now, THEY ARE!
I just made this beauty today and it was DELICIOUS. Best part, is you can adjust how much of the ice cream you put in it based on where your macros are at for the day.
If I had a bit more room, I would have liked to add a bit more ice cream, but I think it was the perfect amount to fit my day AND fit my taste buds!
I know this might sound silly but I just recently learned about LIGHT ICE CREAM. Some of you out there are like, WHAT?! How did you not know?! The reason is, I tend to just AVOID that aisle all together because nothing good comes from me looking at things I can't have. However in a moment of weakness, I went down the aisle and was like HEY! THAT'S SOMETHING I CAN HAVE!
Mint Chocolate Chip has my heart but you could honestly make this shake with ANY flavor that strikes your fancy. This protein milkshake features Orgain Collagen Peptides, Hershey's Zero Sugar Chocolate Syrup, Fairlife Skim Milk, Jello's Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix and YOU GUESSED IT, Mint Chocolate Chip Light Ice Cream (the macros were figured with HEB's Creamy Creations Light).
Of course, since there's ice cream involved, you are definitely look at still having carbs in this protein shake, but it still houses 35g of protein and only 4g of fat, which you won't find at your local braums!
